orbit
As dreams of night slid out of reach,
sadness crept into your smile;
Although you were big enough
to carry the moon,
my planet would unbalance you.
Limited by infinite space
stretching in forgetful waking,
you planned your orbit
round the sun
And flew past my horizon.
