The film will be screened on Sunday October 5, 2008 at 2 PM.

Learn more about the festival here.

over the last little bit i’ve been working on an update to the official website of e for everyone: the mouse and the elephant.

e for new menu

it was appropriate to have the site reflect the look and feel of the special feature dvd, which the studio is starting to promote.

content changes include some entries from the crew’s personal road journals.

E for Everyone: The Mouse and the Elephant is now available at all Movie Gallery locations in Red Deer for rental.

You can also buy your own copy online or, for a limited time, at Chapters in Red Deer.

yesterday stacy o’brien from the red deer advocate interviewed me re: the DVD release party for e for everyone: the mouse and the elephant.

read the article here.

a few things stand out to me (see if you can catch them) but overall i’m pleased.

Check out Dave Von Bieker’s podcast interview with my younger brother Dan about E for Everyone: The Mouse and the Elephant (the interview with Dan starts at about the 38 minute mark).

They cover a range of topics including the making of E for Everyone, film-making, content and the Christian in film, and the like.

i don’t now why i hadn’t thought of this before.

today i added a store to my website. it came about A) because i have some merchandise and B) because i was trying to test out a new solution as we anticipate the upcoming release of e for everyone: the mouse and the elephant. (we’re supposed to get a big shipment of dvds by the weekend, and will soon sell them online - we’ve had a number of people pre-order them, and i’m offering that option on my site).

it’s a simple venture without the complicated database i’ve fandangled with for the present e4e store. why create headaches for yourself, right?
