A common question I ask and am encountered with when I talk with others about issues of global justice is, “What do I do?” I decided one thing I could do to answer that Q is to put together an annotated list of organizations, causes, resources, and other justice-related work that I think worthwhile and useful. It’s a work in progress.
What an interesting conversation the prophet Jeremiah and Hollywood story guru Mr. McKee seem to have. And the colours I want to fill in the open space formed between the outline of both writers’ connected dots are shades of conscious faith.
Say those very words out loud and you might expect to see people’s eyes roll back into their heads. Immediate power downs. Blushing at the cheeks. I understand. These words, of real meaning, need to be made fresh again for people everywhere, from pre to post faith.
